Dealer + Retail partnerships
By creating trusting relationships with clients, immersing myself in their business, and using my years of partnership experience, I've exponentially grown dealer and retail programs across the US and Canada.

Dealerships
Developed sales programs for dealer networks across multiple industries while ensuring key operational processes were established and adjusted to individual markets.
Dealership programs I've managed in the US and Canada.
-
Lennox: Arpris Industries and Weather Tech Heating & Cooling programs in Alberta and Ontario.
-
Cubeit Portable Storage dealership programs in Ontario and Alberta.
-
Delta/Amex airport branch channels in United States (Orlando, Minnesota, Seattle) including multi-vendor proposal for nine branches in Atlanta.
-
Scotiabank airport branch channels in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada.
-
Surf9 surfboard roadshows across Costco stores, run by decentralized corporate store management.
Set individual dealer and branch targets (broken down by region, product type, seasonality, and price sensitivity) while meeting overall corporate monthly, quarterly, and annual growth/revenue strategy.
Implemented national marketing campaigns highlighting individual dealer market strengths and addressing market challenges; resulted in 15% to 26% lift in brand awareness and sales growth.
Created dealer-specific incentive and training campaigns ensuring operational processes were streamlined and adhered to, ensuring consistent customer branding across the country.
