During my role as VP of Client Relations, I streamlined the operational processes of KSGs Canadian and US clients, increased agent performance by 37%, increased sales by 44% and reduced cost by 42%, while modernizing the training, recruitment and analytics department.

 

In 2019, these key milestones largely contributed to KSG being awarded Inc. 5000 America's Fastest Growing Companies, Canada’s 500 Fastest-Growing Companies, and The Globe and Mail's Canada’s Top Growing Companies.
